Client initial brief
For the refurbishment of the Écouter Voir shop in Frontignan, the aim was to completely transform the 321 m² retail space, from clearing out the existing areas through to installing the fittings and signage.
The project had to meet the fit-out standards and level of finish expected by the brand, whilst adhering to a particularly tight schedule.
Challenges or constraints encountered
The main distinctive feature of this project was that it took place in August, a period when many suppliers are closed or operating at reduced capacity. The teams therefore had to plan several weeks in advance when ordering materials, equipment and furniture in order to secure supplies and keep to the schedule.
The wide range of trades involved, combined with high standards for the quality of the finishes, also required meticulous coordination. A team dedicated to the client oversaw the project, drawing on the knowledge of the brand gained through several years of collaboration.
