Groupe Pagès offers a corrective maintenance service throughout the life of an establishment, in order to preserve its new condition and improve its durability.
Our teams dedicated to this service intervene on an ad-hoc basis, at your request, to carry out repairs or renovations on specific elements within a space. The operation is limited to a precise area of the establishment (reception room, etc.) or to a particular set of elements (painting, electricity, plumbing, furniture, etc.).
Intervention may be necessary when damage occurs accidentally (water damage, etc.) or due to wear and tear (flooring, paint, furniture, etc.). The service is carried out outside of opening hours and when the premises are not occupied so as not to disrupt the operation of the establishment.
The flexibility of our teams allows us to respond quickly to urgent requests.
