Client initial brief
The goal of this project was to renovate and modernize the clubhouse and the golf course restaurant, giving them a more contemporary feel while preserving the venue’s welcoming, warm, and family-friendly atmosphere.
Challenges or constraints encountered
For the Groupe Pagès teams, the challenge was to support the implementation of this modernization plan: cost estimation, coordination, execution of the work, technical adjustments, selection of materials, and more…
Solution proposed and implemented
Renovation work on the golf clubhouse and restaurant, carried out in phases:
- Custom Interior Design and Installation
- Use of acoustic materials and lime plaster for the counter and walls
- Construction of the bar (technical components/stainless steel)
