Client initial brief
For its first store opening in France, Tortilla needed to create a space that reflected its brand identity and left a lasting impression on its customers. This was a challenge that the teams at Groupe Pagès were eager to take on.
Challenges or constraints encountered
A construction project carried out primarily in August, in the heart of the city’s regulated downtown area on Rue des Grandes Arcades, involving significant logistical challenges related to procurement, manufacturing, and deliveries.
Solution proposed and implemented
The Pagès Group carried out a turnkey project to handle all aspects of the restaurant’s renovation:
- Flooring and all types of wall coverings (tile, paint, wallpaper, wood paneling).
- Counter cladding, creation of a lighted canopy, and installation of lighting fixtures to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Installation of signage and a recycling bin, in keeping with the brand’s modern aesthetic.
- Renovating the existing furniture to create a space that is both practical and pleasant.
