In August 2026, Groupe Pagès retained its EcoVadis Gold Medal and increased its overall score to 83/100, confirming the progress of its CSR approach within an increasingly demanding assessment framework.
A gold medal and an improved score

Some good news as the new business season begins! Groupe Pagès’ Lyon and Alès entities have retained their EcoVadis gold gmdal, while increasing their overall score from 78 to 83/100 in the august 2026 assessment.
This result comes as EcoVadis has strengthened and further developed its assessment criteria. It reflects both the progress achieved by the teams and the continued structuring of the company’s CSR management system.

More than an award, these results enable the Group to measure the progress made, clearly identify areas for improvement and define the next stages of its CSR roadmap.
A group-wide CSR approach
This year also marks a new milestone: Groupe Pagès decided to extend the assessment process to its various locations. Pagès Agencement Nord, based in Orléans, took part in the EcoVadis assessment for the first time and was awarded a Silver Medal with a score of 79/100.
This commitment has also taken on a new dimension through the partnership with Vitaclim, a company specialising in energy solutions that is likewise committed to a CSR approach. Assessed by EcoVadis for the second time in January 2026, Vitaclim was awarded a Bronze Medal.
With more than 220 employees, the company operates in areas including HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning), BMS (building management systems), solar photovoltaic solutions and energy management, supported by its engineering expertise and design offices.
The CSR incubator: turning commitments into action

This momentum is driven in particular by Groupe Pagès’ CSR Incubator, which brings together employees from across the Group’s various professions and areas of expertise.
This steering committee ensures the consistency of the CSR strategy, monitors performance indicators, identifies priority actions and supports their implementation. It also provides a space for experimentation, encouraging the development of new practices and greater synergies between the Group’s different business activities.
Its role is essential: to make CSR an operational approach that shapes both the company’s internal practices and the way projects are designed and delivered for clients.
Commitments translated into concrete actions
The improvement achieved in the EcoVadis assessment is the result of in-depth work and the implementation of measurable actions. Several key projects were launched or continued throughout the year.
Measuring our carbon footprint to reduce it more effectively

Groupe Pagès completed its first Bilan Carbone® assessment to identify the main sources of emissions associated with its activities. This analysis provides the foundation for a decarbonisation plan, defining priorities and actions designed to progressively reduce the Group’s emissions.
Assessing the carbon impact of projects

A carbon calculator has also been developed to measure the environmental footprint of projects. This tool provides tangible indicators and helps gradually guide decisions towards lower-carbon solutions.
Promoting reuse with Pagès Second Life

Through Pagès Second Life, Groupe Pagès promotes the reuse of equipment and materials recovered during strip-out operations instead of sending them to waste. In particular, the initiative makes these resources available to organisations in the social and solidarity economy, helping to embed circular economy principles more firmly within the Group’s projects.
Developing a responsible procurement policy

Groupe Pagès is progressively incorporating environmental, social and ethical criteria into the selection, assessment and monitoring of its suppliers and subcontractors. Risk assessments, the Supplier and Subcontractor Charter, and monitoring indicators are helping to involve strategic partners more closely in this approach.
Supporting employees

The CSR approach also covers social responsibility. Groupe Pagès is continuing its work in training and skills development, as well as workplace health and safety. Procedures are also being implemented to prevent and address discrimination and harassment.
Strengthening our local and social impact

Groupe Pagès also supports local communities through educational and environmental initiatives. In partnership with the Fonds Clapoty and Les Petits Débrouillards, the Group co-funded the Science Tour Eau, a travelling educational programme designed to raise young people’s awareness of water-resource issues and hydroclimatic risks.
Ten educational days were organised across the Gard and Hérault departments, reaching 1,200 pupils.
A commitment to continuous improvement
Receiving these medals is not an end in itself. On the contrary, the 2026 assessment provides an opportunity to identify the next areas for improvement more precisely and inform the Group’s new CSR action plan.
Carbon footprint assessment, responsible procurement, circular economy, social policy, local engagement, project-impact measurement and support for clients facing energy-related challenges. Groupe Pagès intends to pursue a CSR approach founded on concrete, measurable actions, progressively implemented across all its business activities and entities.
The ambition remains unchanged: to make environmental and social responsibility an integral part of how the Group works, manages projects and provides its clients with long-term support.
