Client initial brief
To carry out the general contracting works for the Lemaire boutique, located in the heart of the Palais-Royal arcades in Paris, within an exceptional heritage setting.
The objective was to create a refined, elegant 200 m² space that perfectly reflects the brand’s identity. Designed as a true showcase, the boutique highlights the collections through meticulous architecture, where every detail, material and lighting element contributes to the overall experience.
Challenges or constraints encountered
The boutique’s exceptional location within the Palais-Royal required particular attention to the existing structure and the building’s historic characte
The project also involved the use of premium materials and highly detailed finishes, including stone selected directly from the quarry, lime plaster, terracotta bricks and decorative plaster vaults.
