Client initial brief
Modernize and refurbish a Courir store to deliver a shopping experience aligned with the brand’s standards, while meeting a particularly tight construction schedule to ensure a swift reopening to the public.
Challenges or constraints encountered
This renovation project had to be completed in just six weeks within a fully operational shopping mall. Coordinating the various trades, meeting tight deadlines, and managing last-minute adjustments were the project’s main challenges.
Solution proposed and implemented
To meet these requirements, Groupe Pagès deployed its multidisciplinary expertise to deliver a complete refurbishment of the 284 m² retail space.
Our teams carried out all the work required to transform the store, including:
- Flooring installation
- Construction and modification of partition walls
- Painting works in line with the brand’s retail concept
- Complete electrical installation and upgrades
- Final adjustments and finishing works prior to the store reopening
