Client initial brief
As part of strengthening its brand presence on one of the world’s most iconic avenues, Lancôme undertook the renovation of its Champs-Élysées flagship store.
The goal was to deliver a premium retail environment combining elegance, immersion and experience, perfectly aligned with luxury standards and the expectations of an international clientele.
Challenges or constraints encountered
The project was carried out in a highly constrained environment, in the heart of Paris, involving:

- Close coordination of all trades to ensure the project was delivered within a controlled 24-week schedule
