Project description
Client initial brief
Parfumerie Burdin, an independent, family-owned business founded in 1937, enlisted the help of an architectural firm and drew on our expertise in store design for the renovation of its retail space. A creative approach: developing a strong concept centered on the shopping experience, brand image, and product journey.
Challenges or constraints encountered
As soon as Parfumerie Burdin approved the concept, we got down to the details. We had to revisit certain points, assess what was feasible, determine which materials to use, consider the constraints, and stay within budget, all while staying true to the spirit of the project.
Solution proposed and implemented
During this 5 weeks project, our teams carried out general construction work and custom fit-out, working closely with the architect to fine-tune the details:
- manufacturing of custom components,
- creation of merchandising materials and product displays,
- coordination of trades,
- adapting certain pieces of furniture to integrate them into a higher-quality, more cohesive ensemble

Testimony
When an architect’s idea takes shape, it’s not all about the concept.
There’s also everything else that goes into making it a reality.
That’s where our support really comes into play: bridging the gap between the creative vision and its execution, with the necessary perspective, methodology, and adjustments to ensure the project truly succeeds.
All while the space remains open for business during construction.
