Client initial brief
Complete rebuilt of Planet Sushi in Ales self-service catering brand. The goal is to create a dynamic and functional space. Our mission: to modernize the atmosphere while maintaining the brand’s image.
Challenges or constraints encountered
A very short time frame to discover and understand Panet Sushi concept : less than 2 weeks of study.
Works have begun in the middle of August, during summer it is sometime difficult to find teams.
Solution proposed and implemented
All the furniture, wall coverings, ceiling, tills, merchandising, self service fridge framing, rear counter.
