Supporting Five Guys France in the complete transformation of a building located in Bastille, in the heart of Paris, into a new restaurant spanning three floors.

The objective was to deliver a space that met the brand’s standards while being both functional and accessible, overseeing the design, coordination, and execution of all construction work within a particularly constrained urban environment.

The building’s configuration and the extent of the structural work made this a technically demanding and complex project. The work notably involved replacing the existing lift with a platform lift for people with reduced mobility, building a new staircase, and installing a goods lift.

These installations required the creation of several floor openings, as well as the construction of a new floor structure across the entire level.

The teams also had to contend with the constraints of a construction site in the heart of Paris, while coordinating multiple trades across three floors within an 18-week timeframe.

Over 18 weeks, our teams managed the complete transformation of the site in collaboration with the Five Guys Construction team and Primaltura.

Our expertise was applied at every stage of the project. Its successful completion required anticipating constraints, adapting technical solutions, and coordinating all stakeholders.
