Project description
Client initial brief
-
To create a minimalist and elegant flagship store, true to the & Other Stories brand DNA.
-
To showcase raw materials, volumes and light as the core elements of the in-store experience.
-
To integrate the technical elements (networks, lighting, equipment) in a completely invisible and harmonious way.
-
To strictly respect the architectural intent defined by the brand’s design team.
Challenges or constraints encountered
-
Very high standards for finishes, level of detail and overall aesthetic consistency.
-
The need to integrate significant technical constraints into a deliberately minimalist environment.
-
International coordination: ongoing exchanges with H&M France and the design team based in Sweden.
-
A carefully managed 14-week timeline, delivered on time with no compromise on quality.”
Solution proposed and implemented
Our teams operated across three complementary divisions — fit-out, energy and furniture — to deliver a fully integrated and coherent project.
-
Highlighting the raw walls and ceilings while preserving the character of the existing materials and textures.
-
Discreet integration of lighting tracks and technical networks without disrupting the visual reading of the space.
-
Design, manufacture and installation of bespoke elements fully aligned with the brand’s aesthetic.
Throughout the project, close fine-tuning between the teams, the architects, H&M France and the Swedish design studio ensured the architectural intent was preserved down to the smallest detail.
