Client initial brief
To create a fast-food outlet with the flavours of Provence, in the customs area of an airport, to offer travellers a gourmet and local break. To create a space that is practical, welcoming and compliant with airport requirements.
Challenges or constraints encountered
The project is part of the airport’s extension, with one major constraint: to open simultaneously with the heart of the new terminal.
Solution proposed and implemented
The design and materials chosen evoke the world of Provence, while meeting the strict standards of a bonded environment. Our teams worked day and night on this project.
