Project description
Client initial brief
As part of the evolution of its network, Orange expanded its store in Saint-Martin-des-Champs, near Morlaix, and rolled out its new concept. The goal was to create a sales area that was more welcoming, easier to navigate and more responsible, all in the service of the customer experience.
Challenges or constraints encountered
The project started in the middle of the summer season, with a tight schedule and a strong focus on meeting deadlines. The store extension and the integration of the new concept also required rigorous coordination of all trades to ensure smooth project delivery.
Solution proposed and implemented
As a subcontractor, Groupe Pagès handled the project as a general contractor, overseeing all the store fit-out works.
Our teams supported the transformation of the point of sale in line with the new Orange concept. Our scope included:
- Management of all trades throughout the project
- Expansion of the sales area
- Implementation of the new store concept
- Reorganisation of the space to improve the clarity of the customer journey
- Creation of a more welcoming, modern and responsible environment
