Client initial brief
Our teams worked with the Safari de Peaugres to completely renovate their catering area and professional kitchen.
Challenges or constraints encountered
The project took 3 months to complete, including the asbestos removal phase. Our teams were working during the opening period, so we had to take into account the constraints associated with visitor traffic. Particular attention was also paid to the tranquillity of animals near the site, and the risks associated with their presence. We also aimed to complete the park’s illuminations before the Christmas holidays.
