Client initial brief
Sandro wanted to open a new store in Belgium, staying true to its understated and refined universe while reflecting its commitment to more responsible fashion.
The goal: to create an elegant, welcoming space perfectly aligned with the brand’s visual identity, within a particularly tight summer schedule.
Challenges or constraints encountered
This project was carried out in the height of summer, a period often marked by slower activity.
Another key challenge was maintaining the brand’s high quality standards in an international context, while ensuring smooth coordination between all trades.
Solution proposed and implemented
The Groupe Pagès teams took turns on-site for six weeks.
Careful planning and daily communication between the teams made it possible to maintain both the pace and the expected level of quality.
